Nasir Isa Kwarra

Nasir Isa Kwarra (born 4 October 1959) is a Nigerian administrator and former banker, serving as the Chairman of the National Population Commission since his appointment by President Muhammadu Buhari in 2020. He began his career as a banking officer in 1986, advancing to deputy manager by 1996. Nasir has held notable roles, including Zonal Manager of Petroleum Equalization Fund (1996–2006), Nasarawa State's pioneer Commissioner of Finance and Planning (1997–1998), and Member of the Nasarawa State Judicial Service Commission (2007–2010). He also served as a Board Member of the Federal Medical Centre, Owo, Ondo State (2013–2015).
